Hibachi-Style Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Handfull of matchstick/shredded carrots
  • 1/4 of a medium sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoos of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend. Texture should resemble an applesauce consistenci
  2. Add more sugar or soy sauce to taste; if desired.
  3. Serve over desired salad greens
