Ingredients
- Venison
- Saltine crackers
- Eggs
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Canola Oil
Directions
- Cut venison into 1/2 inch slices
- Flatten each slice of venison to 1/4 inch
- Coat slices with crushed saltines
- Whisk mixture of eggs, salt, and pepper
- Dip slices of venison in egg mixture
- Coat again in crushed saltines
- Place venison in skillet with canola oil over a medium fire
- Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until done
