Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 3 cups of milk
- 4 ounces of chocolate chips
- 1 ounce of unsweetened chocolate
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, cornstarch and chocolate. Stir constantly over medium heat and bring to a boil for one minute.
- add in egg yolks and vanilla extract and boil for an additional minute
- Pour mixture into pie shell and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
