- Dozen Ripe Tomatoes
- 2-3 Green Peppers
- 1-2 Onions
- Salt
- Fresh Butter
Directions
- Peel 1 dozen ripe tomatoes.
- Slice the green peppers.
- Slice the onions.
- Add a little butter into a skillet.
- Fry the tomatoes and peppers in the butter.
- Sprinkle salt on them.
- Add sliced onions to the skillet.
- Let cook thoroughly.
