Rice Waffles

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spoonful of butter
  • 1 cup of milk

Directions

  1. Boil rice until quite soft.
  2. Add eggs to rice to make a thick batter.
  3. Add butter and milk to batter and beat mixture until quite light.
  4. Bake in waffle iron.
