Ingredients
- Three dozen oysters
- One tablespoonful of butter
- One teaspoonful of flour
- one onion
- parsley
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown the flour.
- Fry the onion and add the oyster liquor, salt, pepper, parsley, and last, the oysters.
- Cook a few minutes and put into a large baking pan
- Put another crust on top and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy !
