Cake Icing

Ingredients

  • One eggs
  • Nine teaspoons of powdered sugar
  • One teaspoon of cornstarch
  • One-forth teaspoon of cream of tartar

Directions

  1. Seperate the white of an egg from the yolk.
  2. Add 9 heaped teaspoons of powdered sugar, 1 even teaspoon of cornstarch, and ¼ teaspoon of cream of tartar to the white of the egg.
  3. Put all in bowl together and beat with a fork till stiff.
