Ingredients
- One eggs
- Nine teaspoons of powdered sugar
- One teaspoon of cornstarch
- One-forth teaspoon of cream of tartar
Directions
- Seperate the white of an egg from the yolk.
- Add 9 heaped teaspoons of powdered sugar, 1 even teaspoon of cornstarch, and ¼ teaspoon of cream of tartar to the white of the egg.
- Put all in bowl together and beat with a fork till stiff.
