Rice Waffles
Ingredients
4 cups of rice
2 eggs
1 spoonful of butter
1 cup of milk
Directions
Boil rice until quite soft.
Add eggs to rice to make a thick batter.
Add butter and milk to batter and beat mixture until quite light.
Bake in waffle iron.
