Oyster Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 dozen oysters
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tbps. of butter
  • 1 tsp. of flour
  • Salt, pepper, and parsley to taste
  • 2 short pie crusts

Directions

  1. Brown the flour and butter.
  2. Fry the onion and add the oyster liquor, salt, pepper, parsley, and oysters.
  3. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Put one pie crust into a baking pan and add in the oyster mixture.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust and bake.
