Ingredients
- Two artichokes
- Pot of water
- Pot of milk
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash and scrape the artichokes.
- Parboil them in the water.
- Then boil in the milk, salt to the taste.
- 15 minutes will boil them sufficiently long in the water.
- Add in the milk until they are so soft that a straw may be passed through them.
