Ingredients
- One cup softened butter
- One and 1/2 cups sugar
- One can Solo Ground Poppy Seed Filling
- Four eggs
- One teaspoon vanilla
- One cup dairy sour cream
- Two and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- One teaspoon baking soda
- One teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add poppy seed filling and beat until blended.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
- Add vanilla and sour cream and beat until well blended.
- Stir flour, baking soda, and salt until smooth mixture.
- Spread batter evenly into a Bunt pan.
- Bake 60 minutes or until golden brown.
