Ingredients
- Ham
- Water
Directions
- Place the ham in a pot.
- Cover the ham with water.
- Bring the water to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 12 hours.
- Remove the ham and place in cold water.
- Return the ham to the warm water. Turn the heat higher, bringing the water to a boil.
- Let the ham boil for 5-6 hours, depending on the size.
