Ingredients
- Six eggs
- One cup of melted butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- One cup of lemon juice, vinegar, or catsup (as preferred)
Directions
- Boil eggs
- Ice eggs after boiling.
- Peel iced eggs
- Slice the peeled eggs.
- Melt butter into a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper into the melted butter.
- Add slices eggs into the butter mixture.
- Stir the mixture.
- Add lemon juice, vinegar, or catsup to the mixture.
- Serve immediately
