Muffins and Crumpets

 

Muffins and Crumpets


Ingredients 

  • 2 pints milk

  • 4 eggs
  • small teacup yeast
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix milk, eggs, yeast, and salt. 
  2. Sift flour into it and mix until thickened.
  3. Set it to rise for 8-10 hours.
  4. Once risen, place in muffin rings or on a hot griddle and bake.
  5. Once cooked, butter and sift some sugar and cinnamon on top.
