Dried Okra

 Ingredients

  • Large, fresh okra
  • Thread

Directions

  1. Cut okra into thin round slices.
  2. String the round slices onto the thread.
  3. Hang to let okra dry.
  4. Soak dried okra in water after 24 hours.
  5. Add to your favorite gumbo, or enjoy as a snack.
