Cornbread Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound of Hamburger meat
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 2-3 cups of cheese
- Cornbread mix
Directions
Casserole
- Brown hamburger meat in a skillet until it is done. Drain if needed.
- Add your corn, tomatoes, and shredded cheese to meat in the skillet.
- Mix all the ingredients together then pour into casserole dish.
Cornbread Mixture
- Combine cornbread mix with milk and egg.
- Pour over top of mixture in the casserole dish.
- Bake it at 375 for 15 minutes or until cornbread is done.
