Ingredients
- Rump of beef [Sirloin]
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Brown sugar
- All spice
- Cloves
- Small onions
- Carrots
- Salt
Directions
- Boil the sirloin.
- Skim the grease off carefully.
- Add thyme, parsley, and salt.
- Cut carrots round.
- Add carrots and small onions.
- Return to boil.
- Add cloves and all spice.
- Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar when ready to serve.
