Fried Oysters

Ingredients

  • Oysters
  • One egg
  • Sifted cracker
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Wash the oysters clean.
  2. Beat an egg.
  3. Dip each oyster into the egg and roll it in sifted cracker.
  4. Fry in butter.
