Boiled Potatoes
Ingredients
Large potatoes
Salt
Directions
Wash potatoes.
Place in large pot and fill with water an inch above the potatoes.
Boil for an hour.
Pour out water.
Fill with cold water and add salt.
Let cool and serve.
