Ingredients
- 2 cans of cream corn
- 8 oz of sour cream
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter.
- Beat eggs.
- Combine all ingredients, mixing one at a time.
- Bake in the oven for 50-60 min.
