Corn Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cream corn
  • 8 oz of sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Beat eggs.
  4. Combine all ingredients, mixing one at a time. 
  5. Bake in the oven for 50-60 min.
