Chicken Fricassee

Ingredients

  • Tender chicken (any amount)
  • One tablespoon of butter
  • Flour (enough to achieve desired thickness)
  • Parsley or pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Put in pot with enough water to cover.
  3. Boil chicken until tender.
  4. Strain the liquid and place it in a separate pot.
  5. Add butter and flour to make a gravy.
  6. Place chicken in the gravy and add parsley or pepper to taste.
  7. Boil until desired consistency is reached.
