Salad Dressing

 Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 8 tsp cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Cream together butter and mustard.
  2. Slowly stir in eggs.
  3. Add vinegar.
  4. Cook in double boiler, stirring continuously.
  5. Pepper and salt to taste.
