Ingredients
- Butter
- Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Heat the pan.
- Moisten the pan with butter.
- Fry steak for three to four minutes.
- Remove the steak from the hot pan.
- Add salt and pepper as necessary.
- Saturate both sides with butter.
- Serve while warm.
