Ingredients
- One pint of rice
- One teacup (3/4 of a cup) of flour
- Two eggs, well beaten
- One pinch salt
- Milk
- One tablespoon butter
Directions
- Boil the rice until soft.
- Add rice to flour, eggs, salt, and enough milk to make a thick batter.
- Add butter and bake on a hot griddle.
