Ingredients
- Filleted or sliced fish
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup flour
Directions
- combine salt, pepper, parsley, oil, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
- dip fish in combined seasonings.
- shake excess seasonings off fish and dredge in flour.
- Fry fish in boiling lard until browned.
