Ingredients
- Westphalia Ham
- Brown sugar (depending how large the Westphalia ham is)
- Sherry wine (use at discretion)
Directions
- Fully soak the Westphalia ham overnight.
- Now begin to boil the ham with the same water used to soak the ham overnight with.
- Once boiled, let the ham cool off.
- After cooling, peel the ham.
- Begin to put a layer of brown sugar over the ham with sherry wine to moisten the layer.
- Let it brown, and put in the oven for a few moments.
