Ingredients
- 1 pound of potatoes
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons (half a stick) of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
- Do not peel the potatoes
- Begin Boiling until potatoes are soft.
- mash the potatoes once cooled and dried.
- Add 1/4 cup of milk and 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Crisping
- Take a a knife blade or flat object to smooth out mashed potatoes.
- Stick flat mash potatoes into oven until browned.
