Ingredients
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- Flour
- Nutmeg to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tablespoonful of good yeast
- 2 tablespoonfuls of butter
Directions
- Boil and mash the sweet potatoes.
- Rub in enough flour to make it like bread.
- Add nutmeg and sugar to your taste.
- Add the yeast to the mixture.
- When it has risen, work in the butter until it is fine pieces.
- Form into small rolls and bake in a tin until they are a nice brown.
