Ingredients
- 1 Flounder
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oil
- Butter
- Parsley
- Lemon juice
Directions
- Split the flounder down its back.
- Rub it over with oil.
- Place it on a gridiron over a moderate fire, when browned on one side flip to other side.
- Divide it and boil one half at a time.
- Place it on dish and put butter, parsley, and lemon juice over it.
