Spanish Cake

 Ingredients

  • 1 lb of butter
  • 2 lbs of flour
  • 1 lb of good brown sugar
  • 4 eggs, well beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Rub butter and flour until fine and smooth.
  3. Add brown sugar, beaten eggs.
  4. Break into small bits. Place into oven for about fifty minutes
  5. Let cool, serve.
