Lemon Pudding
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs sugar
3 lemons
8 eggs, well beaten
1 cup of butter
1 tbsp of flour
Directions
Juice and grate lemons.
Add well beaten eggs.
Add butter, flour.
Beat well, bake.
