Lemon Pudding

 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sugar
  • 3 lemons
  • 8 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 tbsp of flour

Directions

  1. Juice and grate lemons.
  2. Add well beaten eggs.
  3. Add butter, flour.
  4. Beat well, bake.
