Ingredients
- Six to eight potatoes
- One tablespoon of rosemary
- One and one half teaspoon of thyme
- One and one half teaspoon of chili powder
- One tablespoon of garlic powder
- Two tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Peel and chop the potatoes in 1 to 2 inch pieces.
- Toss the potatoes in the sasonings and oil.
- Spread the potatoes evenly in one layer on a baking sheet.
- Place in the oven for 40 minutes, flipping the potates halfway through.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes and serve.
