Courtbouillion

Ingredients

     Fish

  • Sliced red fish or snapper

    Gravy

  • Flour
  • Tomatoes
  • Bay leaves
  • Lemon
  • Spices

Directions

  1. Fry each piece of fish until brown.
  2. Slice the lemon.
  3. Using the flour, tomatoes, bay leaves, lemon, and spices make a gravy.
  4. Cook the fried fish in the gravy for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve.
