Ingredients
Fish
- Sliced red fish or snapper
Gravy
- Flour
- Tomatoes
- Bay leaves
- Lemon
- Spices
Directions
- Fry each piece of fish until brown.
- Slice the lemon.
- Using the flour, tomatoes, bay leaves, lemon, and spices make a gravy.
- Cook the fried fish in the gravy for 30 minutes.
- Serve.
