Vermicelli Soup

Ingredients

  • One pound of Vermicelli pasta
  • One egg yolk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water

Directions

  1. Boil vermicelli for 30 minutes.
  2. Salt and pepper the broth and noodles to taste.
  3. Add more water if needed.
  4. Beat the egg yolk.
  5. Stir the egg yolk into the soup after it has been plated.
