Ingredients
- Quart of Cream (sweet or sour)
- Five eggs
- Cup of sugar
- Two tablespoons of baking powder (or yeast powder) if sweet cream
- Flour to thicken
Directions
- Mix together the cream, eggs, and sugar.
- If the sweet cream was used, now add the baking powder.
- Next, add flour to thicken the dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into preferred shapes.
- Fry in boiling lard (fat).
