Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of lard

Directions

  1. Grate lemon.
  2. Squeeze lemon and mix eggs together with the lemon juice.
  3. Stir in sugar
  4. Add water and continue to mix well.
  5. Sift salt into flour then add.
  6. Rub in Lard then roll out for pie pan prior to baking.
