Corn Oysters
Ingredients
Pint of young corn
One egg
1 teacupful [1/2 cup] of flour
1/2 cup of butter
salt
pepper
Directions
Mix the corn, beaten egg, flour, butter, salt and pepper.
Fry a spoonful at a time and butter them.
