Ingredients
- Pint of young corn
- One egg
- 1 teacupful [1/2 cup] of flour
- 1/2 cup of butter
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Mix the corn, beaten egg, flour, butter, salt and pepper.
- Fry a spoonful at a time and butter them.
