Corn Bread


  • One cup of corn meal
  • Two spoonfuls of flour
  • A spoonful of sugar
  • A dash of salt
  • One egg
  • A spoonful of butter
  • A half spoonful of baking powder


  1. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Pour mixture into an 8-inch, greased baking dish
  4. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until fluffy and top is light brown
  5. Serve with mussels
