Ingredients
- One cup of corn meal
- Two spoonfuls of flour
- A spoonful of sugar
- A dash of salt
- One egg
- A spoonful of butter
- A half spoonful of baking powder
Directions
- Pour all ingredients into a large bowl
- Mix well
- Pour mixture into an 8-inch, greased baking dish
- Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until fluffy and top is light brown
- Serve with mussels
