Cure Beef for Brisket


  • 1 lb bag of salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Equal amount of cloves(in comparison to sugar)


  1. Mix salt, sugar, and cloves into one mixture 
  2. Rub mixture into beef daily for 1 week
  3. At end of 1 week, beef is done curing process
  4. Prepare brisket to your liking
