Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of any kind of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cold water
Directions
- Mix together and transfer to a small sauce pan
- Cook until it candies, more or less according to color
Uses
- Put into pudding, custard or cream
- Pour over pudding or cake
