How to Make a Caramel


  • 4 tablespoons of any kind of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cold water


  1. Mix together and transfer to a small sauce pan
  2. Cook until it candies, more or less according to color


  • Put into pudding, custard or cream
  • Pour over pudding or cake
