Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 quart of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • 12 tomatoes 

Directions 

  1. Boil 1 quart of milk
  2. Thicken with flour, salt, pepper, and butter
  3. Stew tomatoes 
  4. Partially drain tomatoes
  5. Strain tomatoes through cullender
  6. Pour boiling milk in with strained tomatoes 
  7. Boil together
