- 1 quart of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 12 tomatoes
Directions
- Boil 1 quart of milk
- Thicken with flour, salt, pepper, and butter
- Stew tomatoes
- Partially drain tomatoes
- Strain tomatoes through cullender
- Pour boiling milk in with strained tomatoes
- Boil together
