Kentucky Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 12 ears of corn
  • 1 teacup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Directions

  1. Cut corn grains down through the middle.
  2. Scrape out the heart of corn.
  3. Combine with eggs, milk, butter and sugar.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven.
