Baked Irish Potatoes

Ingredients 

  • 8 Irish potatoes 
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 pint of milk 
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt 

Directions 

  1. Boil 8 potatoes until soft
  2. Mash potatoes in large mixing bowl
  3. Add butter while hot 
  4. Mix 1 pint of milk to potatoes and butter
  5. Add 1/8 of teaspoon of salt
  6. Place in a medium sized pan
  7. Cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees
  8. Let cool 
  9. Enjoy
