Ingredients
- Medium sized beef kidney
- Onion
- Butter
- Flour
- Liquor
- Toast
Directions
- Put beef kidney on stove in cold water
- Chop and add onion
- Let simmer, until tender
- Cut Kidney in thin slices
- Add a piece of butter to a frying pan and allow to melt
- Shake flour into frying pan
- Allow butter and flour to brown
- Then, add some liquor to mixture
- Serve Kidney stew on toast
