Ingredients
- Twelve red tomatoes
- Three crackers
- Three tablespoons of salt
- Three tablespoons of pepper
Directions
- Peel and slice twelve red tomatoes. Remove the seeds.
- Add the tomatoes to a pot over medium-low heat.
- Crush up the crackers into fine pieces.
- Add the crackers, salt, and pepper to the pot with the tomatoes.
- Cover the pot, stirring occasionally, and cook for twenty minutes.
