Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup of water
- 6 sour apples
- 1 lemon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut apples into small slices and place them into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the apples in the baking dish. Stir well to combine.
- Squeeze the juice from one lemon over the apples.
- Add one cup of water to the baking dish.
- Cover the baking dish with the pre-made pie crust. Cut holes into the pie crust for airflow.
- Bake until the apples are of desired tenderness and serve.
