Ingredients
- 1 pint of milk
- 1 pint of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoon of grated chocolate
Directions
- Scald milk and mix with breadcrumbs and chocolate.
- Remove the mixture from heat, add sugar and beaten egg yolks to the mixture.
- Transfer to a pudding dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Beat egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar and spread on top, and brown.
- Serve the pudding cold with liquid sauce.
